Ring-Vent EDIT-my ring NOT ringy
So I took my ring in to get repaired, it has a lifetime warranty. I needed to get some of the prongs tightened. DH picked it up yesterday and the jeweler decided to change it a little. The center prong is now bigger and completely changes the look of my ring. I am livid. I called the place and they got an earful and we will be dropping it by again today. I am really hoping it can be fixed.
Great way to end a crummy day yesterday that's for sure.

That's not right. They need to fix it back to what you had before.
I also hope this doesn't sound materialistic. I don't mean it like that. I just LOVE the ring J proposed with and I want it to be the same!

What kind of people just take it upon themselves to change someone's wedding ring!? I would go in there screaming and demand a new ring. Sorry this happened to you, that's terrible.

What a bummer. I hope they are able to fix it for you.
I hate it when people take the easy way out, i.e. changing your setting rather than just fixing it.
My friend wanted her wedding ring to be curved to fit her e-ring setting. Instead, they just shaved down the e-ring. Who does that?
