NOT.
I just posted this on FB but thought I'd share my saga here too.
Elise and I went to Lowe's to buy a new thermostat, ours has been acting dumb. So she's happy, laughing and giggling and talking and completely normal. We pick out our thermostat and head to the registers and kaboom, like something from the Exorcist, she starts projectile vomiting. Lovely. All over the floor, the cart, herself, the new thermostat. I was horrified. Luckily the Lowe's employee that weas nearby was really super nice about it, I cleaned it up as best as I could with wipes and he mopped the rest. And of course I bought the thermostat since she had yacked all over it. It was in that hard plastic stuff anyway, it's fine. And she feels fine now, it was just a fluke thing.
So two thumbs up to Lowe's employees for not freaking out and banning us forever from their establishment!

Re: best Lowe's trip ever
Yeah, it'll happen and it sucks! I was mortified!
I feel like they were thinking "why'd you have your sick kid out and about??" but she wasn't even acting sick, I think something just didn't sit well in her tummy.
Classic!!
As much as James would love a son to take hunting and fishing, etc. I won't be bothered much if when we adopt it's a girl, because I don't know if I could pretend I don't REALLY know what is going on when the boy is a teenager and taking multiple showers a day!
OMG, I hadn't even thought of that! And you can tell James that my Daddy took me hunting and fishing and when he wants to talk sports he calls me not my brother. Well he doesn't call me, but when I call him I bring up sports.
Haha My dad and I talk hockey. DH jokes that he has every guy's dream FIL since my dad works at Bass Pro Shops.
