This week is creeping by so slowly
I can't believe it's only Wednesday. I'm trying to think of a game or a subject we can discuss to get the board moving, but I'm drawing a blank. And ML isn't offering up much entertainment today (or yesterday) either.

Seriously, man. I woke up this morning exhausted thinking 'Well.. at least it's Thursday.."
OH WAIT NOT IT'S NOT. Bah. I had the worst night last night. Heith and I both had meltdowns about our dysfunctional families and how much we are positively dreading the holidays, how worried we are about his dad, how his sister is effing crazy and there's nothing we can do to help her. I cried, and then he cried (this is the 3rd time I've ever seen him get misty since I've known him) and holy crap it broke my heart. We are both happy, goofy people and we hate being all cynical and sarcastic about our families and the holidays. I feel like I've been such a whiny wiener lately and I hate it.

This afternoon I am going to a meeting that I am excited about. I get to call someone a lying liar.

My week is going slow because I have to work this weekend. I hate working weekends

I'll AW some news. I got the job offer that I mentioned a few weeks ago. It's truly very awesome, huge salary increase, great benefits, etc. I'm super excited! BUT, it's going to be hard to leave my current firm and clients. I've been here for 12 years. But overall, yay!
