I am hosting my nephews bday party next Saturday. I have plans to make carmel covered apples for the take home gifts. Problem is I travel all next week and come back the friday before the party.
If I make the apples this Sunday or Monday and refrigerate them, do you think they will still be good? Or should I stay up late the friday night before and make them? I'm not good at basic task after a week of travel.

Re: Carmel Apples
I have no idea.
When are you coming here again?
I have never made caramel apples, so my advice might be useless. I would think they would be fine, since my knowledge of apples and my knowledge of candy tells me that they both hold up well in the fridge.
