Any suggestions on what to drink instead of water? Sometimes I just wanna mix it up, but not have a bunch of sugar crap (ie soda or gatorade). Am I asking for the impossible?
ETA: I'm super sensitive to fake sugar, so crystal light and diet soda give me headaches.

Sparkling water in varying flavors is good. Or you could always brew a big pot of tea, add lots of lemon or mint, whichever your fav, and then refrigerate and put in bottles. If you just are sick of water, it should be plenty of flavor to keep your taste buds happy.
I always use crystal light packs and arizona green tea packs but since that's out, I'm not much of a help!
GL!
I completely second this.

well, i am a big fan of water. so i am going to play the devils advocate here. everything else except for actual water, is NOT water. it is NOT what you body needs. it has additives, sugar, and calories, and even if it has no sugar or calories, then it is loaded with chemicals!
i agree with lia, that if you cannot stand plain water (as i sit here and chug down my 5th 8 oz glass of the day!) then you should brew iced tea at home and then load it with lemon. THAT is it though, no sugar!

Or what about just adding fresh fruit juice to your water? Squeeze a lemon or strawberries or whatever into your bottle of water.
I'm with Lia - I do Crystal Lite, but I mix it very, very dilute so I can barely taste it. Maybe that would work and not give you a headache if you don't mix the whole packet in?

The way I learned to "like" water was by slowly cutting back on the flavor packets until there was almost nothing there and then just drinking water. It also helps if the water is ice cold.
Now I can't even use a whole flavor packet. Its too strong.

I flavor my water. So I pour like two gulps of gatorade in it, or to swallows of juice. Not enough to add 50 pounds to it, but enough to flavor it.
I freaking love to make spa water too: slice and add cucumber, lemon and mint to water. Then strain it and drink. Awesome.
I also add lemon juice (fake) or lime or orange (real).
I brew green tea, put it in the fridge, and drink that too.
Just wanted to thumbs up. I haven't yet.
