Hi ladies!! I have been married for 10 days now, and figured I would make the switch to the Nest.
My name is Megan, hubbs is Steve. We live just south of Atlanta... I am in accounts receivable and he is a cook. We are both 27. We are renting a basement apartment from my parents while we save for a house (which will probably take a WHILE) and we don't want kids... we have a bichon frise puppy, a kitty, and a fish tank - that's enough for us! 
Our wedding was 10/10/10 (our 3rd dating anniversary) at the Douglasville Cultural Arts center and was completely DIY, and I could not be happier with the way it turned out.
We honeymooned in Daytona Beach Shores, FL and had a blast being pampered and such.
Now it's back to the real world and figuring out this being married thing! lol
I don't know how often I will be able to post on here, but figured I would introduce myself. I can't wait to get to know you ladies!

I am also a newbie!!! I have been married for 4 mths now! We got married June 19th!! I live about 4 hours south of atlanta! We have a small family of animals! 2 golden retrievers sammy and ruger, 1 boykin spaniel carly, and one kitty named bandit!!! We would like to try for kid in about 3 years!! We are about to remodel our house and I am sooo looking forward to it!!!

I am in Newnan (closer to Palmetto though), what about you? I am definitely down for a GTG, and carpooling would be awesome
I am anxiously awaiting pics from my photographer, but I do have some that my cousin (an aspiring photog took)... but I can't figure out how to change my avitar on the Nest? I already changed it on TK, but it didn't change on here...
I will have to upload the pics to a website to share them on here... any recommendations other than photobucket?
Do you know how to PIP? You really shouldn't link on here to your photobucket account. Shutterfly or tinypics works fine too.

I actually got my dress for only $200 from Anya Bridal Warehouse... It was originally $750, on clearance for $300 and I talked them down another hundred. I LOVE bargains!
