A dumb ? for NFL fans
Well the board is slow and we're trying to get 10 posts a day so here is a really dumb question for you. I think we're going to the Ravens vs Bills game this Sunday. During halftime they are having a 10 year "reunion" with some of the players from the 2000 Super Bowl team. I have a Jamal Lewis jersey and would usually not wear it because he doesn't play for us anymore (he's retired) and played his last few seasons for Cleveland (a divisional rival). I feel it would be appropriate to wear it to this particular game. What do you think? If not, I'm going with my Ed Reed jersey since it'll be his first game off of the PUP.

I think it's totally fine - when I think Jamal Lewis, I think Baltimore, not Cleveland. Since he's retired and not actively playing for another team, your're fine. I honestly think you can wear at any time. I have an Art Monk jersey - he played most of his HOF career as a Redskins, but that last two seasons in Philly. I wouldn't think twice about wearing his jersey to a game since he's *really* a Redskin.
IMO, the only time you look like a tool is if you are wearing your Jets' Favre jersey to the Jets game on Sunday - dude plays for another team. This is the reason that I am very particular about my jerseys - don't want to spend the money and then have the guy leave! I really want a Cooley jersey, but I'm so afraid that he'll be gone once I do!

Personally I think you should trash all of your Ravens stuff and buy Redskins attire. j.k. (maybe)
If he is one of the players being honored, then it is fine. Otherwise, I would not wear the jersey.
