Kris and I are so in love with her. I seriously can't put her down so doing anything on the computer is extremely difficult!
I'll have to post a birth story for anyone who's interested, but going natural downright sucked. I thought that I was prepared for labor--I took Hypnobirthing classes, felt relaxed, and had no fear about birthing, but working through the contractions was awful and I seriously can't believe that I didn't die when I was pushing. It was the most intense, unbearable pain I've ever experienced. I'm glad that I did it but at the time all I wanted was for it to be over. I feel fine now though and recovery was a breeze.
Parker is absolutely great. She's nursing like a champ, is getting along just fine with her fur-sister, and while she keeps us up at night I don't mind one bit. It's only been a few days but I can't believe that I lived so long without her!

As someone who is planning a natural birth you have scared the crap out of me. So all those moms they show in the birthing class videos are full of crap? None of them are screaming or look like they are in pain. I still have 3 months to prep myself for this.
Oh she is gorgeous! I can't wait to read the birth story. I also had a friend who was as prepared for natural birth as you were and she ended up going with an epidural. Congrats on sticking it out, you are much much stronger than me!
