  $3.  I don't base it on price because it doesn't take any more work to deliver a $5 order than a $20 order.

  I will tip $1 more if the weather is awful.

  We're generally big tippers. 15-20%, sometimes more if the weather isn't nice. We have a regular repertoire for delivery. I find that we always have food delivered quickly and lots of times have "extra" things added to our order.
