I gave T a teething bisquit this morning. I got in my car after dropping him off at daycare only to realize that parts of his bisquit were all over my face and shirt. Attractive.
Re: Thursday randoms
I'm also annoyed that the lady I take care of keeps saying that she hopes I'm not taking the other girl's hours because she has two kids. I was assigned this job fairly. I'm not taking hours from this other woman.

Some people. LOL
D&M - At least you have the mom excuse for showing up with food all over you. I only have me to blame for the food I spill on myself. Daily.
Toby is done w/surgery #2 and on the mend. We pick him up today - except Andy is in AA for work and I've got training until later, so we can't pick him up until the evening. I took Gordie out for walks 3 times yesterday, and every time we came back into the house he ran all over - upstairs, downstairs, each room - something he doen't usually do. I assume he was checking to see if his brudder came back while he was away.
Can it easily come off?
Ahahaha.
Awww. Well, yay for Toby being on the mend. I hope this was his last surgery!
No as long it's just a rental and they know that.
It was a little crusty, but it's fine.
I'm mostly embarrassed that it was on my face when I dropped him off. I can't believe I didn't notice until I got in my car. I guess I have to be more careful when I'm holding him and giving him smootches when he has food in his hands/face.
I hated those teething biscuts. They are soooo messy. I would strip the girls down and put them in their high chairs and still regret giving her one.
The one concern I would have about 5 acres of land is having property can be a lot of work and do you want to do that for a rental property. If it is wooded then you have to worry about Ttrespassers during hunting season. People dumping stuff etc. INon-native plants like autumn olive, etc taking over the property and killing of native species, etc. I guess because of my work, I now have a new respect for land owners and know how much work it can take (if they care about their property).
I didn't think of this but I agree.
I can't tell from the pictures if it's wooded or not, but that is something to think about.
We have 1.5 acres and more than half of it is woods, so it is zero upkeep. And we don't have to worry about hunters because it's in the middle of a residential area. Dumpers - never thought about that. We took a stroll through our woods a few weeks ago and didn't see anything...hopefully people continue to respect the area
Very cool. I think with the right kind of tenant, land wouldn't be an isuse. You could market it towards the "nature love" and maybe put in their that they get a rent "discount" (i.e. up the rent by $50-$100) for property management.
I agree with this spin.
If the lands not wooded, down the road you might be able to chunk it up, and add another house on it.
Jeez, let me try that again.... Nature Lover instead of Nature lover and you could put in their contract or maybe I was going to say put in there (meaning ad)
I called in sick to work today. First time I've done that in almost 4 years. I haven't been this sick in a long time. Ugh.
I hope you start to feel better!!!
me too
I asked my manager to send me home. he wouldn't
