healthy (portable) snacks
What snacks do you eat while you're at work? I feel like everything thats easy to grab is some type of carb and I already eat a lot of carbs.
I've kinda gotten bored with apples, pretzels, crackers and string cheese.

I snack on almonds, grapes, fiber bars or anything of the 100cal packs (for something sweet)

Put your grapes in the freezer for something different and sweet! They are AWESOME that way! Of course, you might need some tea to off set the cold this time of year, though!

Awesome question, I love seeing how people handle healthy lunches & snacking while they're in the office.
I loooove Trader Joe's Everything pretzel crisps. Yeah, they're pretzels but so delicious. They also have dark chocolate covered ones that are not too bad & are good for when you're craving something sweet.
Try almonds too, they are super nutritous and tasty, which helps. Kashi granola bars, grapes, yogurt with granola...

And if you (collective you) haven't tried a Special K Chocolatey Delight Bar you ABSOUTELY HAVE TO.
It's a PMS dream, sweet and salty and relatively healthy. it reminds me of a Take 5 bar, just 200 or so calories less.
