Ladies, I'm desperate....
I'm required for my salon training to bring in 10 men for clipper haircuts next week (FREE - zero benefit to me or my employer) and I can't find anyone but my husband.
I know this pushes boundaries of the Nest, but like I said, I don't benefit other than the practice.
Location: Burnsville - will give salon name upon outside contact
Wednesday: 12:45, 1:45, 2:45 or 3:45
Thursday: 12:00, 1:00, 2:45, 3:45 or 4:45
All of these need to be booked through me directly. Email me at katematchmn@gmail.com before the post gets taken down :-/
(Feel free to pass along to non-nesties, too. I just need to fill those spots, and I'm sure you know someone who could use a free haircut!)

i'll see if anyone i know is interested... as you know, lars is bald so he won't do you any good! ; )
can you explain what a clipper cut is? i assume you use the clipper but are the types of cuts you end up with only buzz cuts or more of a military style? i have no idea because i don't let stylists go anywhere my son's hair with a clipper. too many bad experiences with cheap hair cut places when he was younger. (no injuries, just horrible haircuts)
Clipper cuts are typically more clean cut -- they can be longer on top, but the sides don't go any longer than say 1". We can scissor or razor the top, as appropriate.
It's also fine to have men who are bald on top, but hair on the sides (aka my dad). So, your grandpas and dads are also welcome :-)
I know the hours are really tough (ugh!) but appreciate anyone who's available. They will take about 45min-1hr just because of the process of checking in with the trainer before and after the cut.

Jess - I can definitely do curly hair. Does he wear it like it is in the picture? It's small, so hard to see, but from what I can tell that looks a bit on the long side.
