We put a bid on our first house last night!
We should hear something by 6 pm tonight but I think it will be sooner than that. This will be our first home and we are both very excited! We currently live in downtown Cincinnati and will be moving to the "suburbs". It was fun to be young and single and live by all of the bars but since we are looking at starting a family in the next year we figured it was time to get a house.
This house has a brand new kitchen and bathroom! It also has an inground pool which we really like!

Congrats...........we did the same thing we lived in dowtown metro orlando area.........and moved out to the suburbs about 22 miles and its so much quieter and more family oriented!!
