Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

More good job news.
Several months ago my La leche league leader friend told me that WIC was looking for someone else to be a BFing peer counselor in our area. I applied and did everything I needed to. She's been doing this for a few years and covering several parishes (counties) alone and they are busy!
We have been wondering when they would fill the poisition for months! Finally, yesterday, she called me and told me that they were ready to fill it. I'm the only applicant. My friend and I are going to get together early next week so that I can see exactly what she does and then I can decide if it's something I want to do. I already know that I will take it!
Baciscally I will be calling new moms and checking in on them, answering questions and refering them to others if need be. It's working from home 20 hours a week @ $9 an hour. The little bit of extra cash sure will help!
I'm so excited! I can't wait to help all the moms!!! *fingers crossed that everything works out!*
