Good morning ladies and happy Friday! It's getting cold here, this morning we are below freezing temperatures. Is it like that every where else? What does everyone have going on this weekend?
We're heading to Columbus tomorrow for the OSU game and staying up there until Sunday. We might look at some cars while we're up there b/c DH needs a new one soon. Have a great weekend ladies!

Happy Friday!! I'm so excited to have this weekend off work! DH and I go to the hockey game tonight & tomorrow night & have plans to go out to brunch on Sunday.

It's cold here too. Not below freezing, but cold. It's not supposed to get above the 50's today. eeks. but at least it's sunny!
I finally have a weekend off! So I'm looking forward to not having any plans this weekend. it's been a looooooong time. DH & I have errands to catch up on though. I thought we might go for a walk too so that I can take some pics of the fall colors.

Yep, freezing temps in the morning here too. It's supposed to get into the mid 60's during the day though...bipolar weather for sure.
I took the whole week off for our vacation to Toronto even though we knew we knew we were coming back yesterday so today I'm just doing things around the house, have a doctor's appt. in the afternoon, then a friend is taking us out for dinner. Tomorrow night is a friend's birthday dinner at her house, and Sunday nothing planned, probably just relaxing and getting ready to go back to work after 10 days off

It's supposed to be raining here all day FINALLY. I've been grateful for the low 90's weather, don't get me wrong, but I'm actually looking forward to some real fall weather now!
I have a wedding tomorrow so I'll be baking my behind off for the most part of the day today, then dinner at a friends. We leave for Hawaii on Tuesday, so with Brian working all weekend, I have tons to do!!!

Happy Friday!
Our plans this weekend are going to completely revolve around our dog, Nova. He completely tore off one of his toe nails + got some sort of "crush injury" on the toe next to that one.
Needless to say I feel like the worst pet parent ever. What makes it even worse is we have NO IDEA how it happened. We took him over to my IL's when we went over for dinner, he was playing in their backyard with their two dogs, we go to leave after a couple hours and his paw is just bleeding like crazy. The backyard and living room/kitchen are right next to each other, even with the door shut we would have heard him cry, and we never heard anything. At one time we did notice they weren't playing anymore, but we thought they were all just tired. Every time I think about it I just want to cry.
So the reason our plans revolve around him is because he had to get his foot wrapped up, it's like he has a club foot now. He can't get it wet so we have this bag thing we have to put on it every time he goes outside to potty. He chews on the boot so we have to put one of the E collars on him but he hates it, so we only put it on him when we aren't home or he sleeps. It is not fun around here with him. He can't get out the door with the collar on, so we have to limit our trips out to just short things because I'm scared he's going to have to potty while we're gone.
I'm fairly certain I'm over-thinking this. He's an adult dog now, I know he should be able to "hold it" if we need to be gone for a few hours, but I'm scared he won't.
Tomorrow afternoon, we are having my family over for dinner and then are heading to a local greenhouse where they will have several hundred jack o' lanterns lit up. They have some activites for the kids as well, so hopefully my step-sons and nieces will enjoy it. Other than that, getting some things done around the house.

We're not doing much this weekend. Having friends over tonight for dinner and drinks. Tomorrow during the day we'll probably just lounge around and maybe run a few errands. Tomorrow night I have to work. Sunday is football day and then I think we're going over my moms for dinner. Nothing to exciting.
