Owie. I started a new set of exercises last night and man oh man can I feel them today!
We have weird plans for this weekend. Tim is coming down tonight to help Derek with some drywall and wall building (so I'll be making Laura's chili, but with meat for the boys) but has to leave by noon-ish tomorrow. There are LOTS of sales on at the home improvement stores this weekend, so we may be picking up all of the door casing/trim we need.
Sunday Derek is working, so I think I'll hit the gym and then maybe go shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding that's the weekend after Halloween and decorate my porch!

Well, I have been off yesterday and today and besides a few errands and a couple of runs, I am not doing too much. Ed and I might go to the movies tonight.
Tomorrow we are going car shopping (blech...) because Ed wants a new car. He is bribing me though because I get to get new running shoes while we are there! The town we are going car shopping in is two hours from our house and the only "local" running store around! We'll probably do a little outlet shopping too while we are out.
Sunday I am making chili and being lazy!

Morning! Hope everyone's well.
It's a relatively low-key weekend for us. We're doing the gym thing on Friday and Sunday, probably a walk on Saturday; the rest of the time will be spent running a few errands and doing some usual chores. We may go and vote early, but we'll see--Monday might work out better to do that.

I actually have a pretty quiet weekend planned. Tonight I will go to Zumba and then DH may go out after with some of his friends.
Tomorrow my sister is coming over to visit the boys, so I may sneak out to do a little shopping. I will also be cleaning out the boys room of some clothes that they have outgrown. They are getting so big already.
Sunday, DH has to go for his CPR recertification all day, so I get to spend the day with just the boys. I am really excited for it because now that I am back to work I feel like I don't get to spend any time with them.

Tonight, we are putting up a new fan in our guest bedroom and taping the hallway to get ready to paint.
Tomorrow, a local country club is having their neighborhood garage sale. It's supposed to be pretty big and nice, so we're gonna go check that out. We need a patio table. After that we're going to go to a church bazaar. That evening we are going to dinner with 2 local Nesties and their husbands.
Sunday is church and laundry and probably painting the hallway and putting up a new light in the foyer.
Tonight Dh and I are going on a date. I asked him for fun.
I went out this morning and found a cute dress at target to wear.
Saturday: work on a side project of invitations that I designed. Maybe carving a couple of pumpkins, and making those scones from August cooks.
Sunday: They are having a huge taste of Atlanta event a few blocks from me so I want to check it out. A lot of really cool restaurants will be out, and local celebrity chefs. Kevin Gillespie from top chef i think will be there.

This weekend we are going up north with DH's family.SIL is having a halloween party and there are also a million October birthdays so we will be celebrating all of them as well. Apparently there all going to a haunted ship tomorrow but I have volunteered to watch all the kiddos. I don't do haunted stuff.

We have the farmer's market tomorrow morning. It's supposed to rain so I'm less than thrilled for it. Then I'm going to visit my parents. I'm not sure which day yet, but my mom has already hinted that I should spend the night Saturday night, so it may end up being a Saturday and Sunday visit. I'm not excited to be out of town again, but I know that my mom gets lonely.
Sunday night I'll be doing laundry and cleaning the house. Only three more farmer's markets until I get my weekends back

Tomorrow is my first 5k! I just finished week 4 of c25k yesterday so I'm going to treat tomorrow's run as the w5d1 workout.
I think we are having lunch with the ILs on Sunday.

It's been a strange week.
One of my bestfriends announced her pregnancy Wednesday night. I'm super excited for them since she was the one diagnosed with early cervical cancer last year. However, I've been biting my tongue for weeks because I already knew, her dad let it slip!
My other bestfriends divorce was finalized yesterday. I'm super proud of her for being so strong, and I know it's whats best for her and her kids, but I worry about her being a single mom of 3.
I'm ready for wine and sleeping this weekend.
Yay for Friday. We don't have any plans tonight which is great because it's been pouring rain all morning and probably won't let up. Looks like we can stay in and watch movies.
We don't have plans for tomorrow although we may go look for a new mattress.
Sunday is football day. We're either going to a restaurant to watch the game, or we're going to host a barbeque at our place depending on the weather.

I'm super sour today. Russ went to a hockey game last night and didn't come home until 3am. Now he won't tell me where he was. Asshat.
I'm doing our Thanksgiving dinner today and then I have to take Gibson to the dr at 6pm for blood work. I'm not looking forward to that. Tomorrow is his party so I get to look forward to 9 screaming kids in my house for 2 hours. Sunday I'm running away from home.

I'm in bed, sleeping through a cold. It feels like the garbage is finally breaking up in my chest, so hopefully just a few more days.
The surgery didn't go well yesterday, so they just closed him up and figure he has about another 5 months. Soon he'll head to a nursing home, and they'll try to keep him pain free through to the end. The weird part is that I don't really feel anything. I don't know if there's been too many other things or just that I haven't really seen him in a while so it hasnt' set it. I'm sure as the holidays get closer, things will get tough. Thanks for the thoughts ladies.
Off to dose up on more medicine and pass out again.

Tomorrow: Since all of my siblings are in town we're having the family over for pizza and a movie night. Should be a good time.
Sunday: finishing up lesson plans and homework assignments.
