On Monday I ordered a skirt online and I had a sweater picked out to go with it. The sweater was sold out, so I just gave it up for a lost cause and got the skirt.
Well, this morning I went back to the site and the sweater was back in stock. I checked my order and it said "processing" so I thought I'd try to add the sweater, that way I only had to pay shipping once.
I contacted the company and told them what happend. They said my order had actually shipped and they were behind on updating order status online. So I have to pay almost $7 in shipping AGAIN if I want the sweater.
Would it have been so bad for them to offer me free shipping for the sweater?
