white chicken chili and mexican cornbread
Has anyone ever had/made this before? MIL makes it and she gave me the recipe on Wednesday. I'm going to make it tomorrow while HH is out hunting so it will be ready when he comes home. I want to make some mexican cornbread to go with it, but I don't have a recipe for that. Does anyone else have a good one you'd recommend?
Edit: I forgot to add that I LOVE this chili, I'm just a little scared I'm going to burn it lol

I'm kinda in the middle of nowhere though lol anyway you come in you have to drive through hours of nothing but mountains.
I looked there were a couple of them that looked pretty good to me. I know any cornbread my mom always made in a cast iron skillet it give it better flavor. my family won't eat cornbread so I never make it anymore.
Couple days in Smiths Station (mom's home) & Alexander City for a day as well to see my Memaw LOL I was thinking I should try to meet up with you to Stu!
HAHA my first time to Chuck E Cheese was in Birmingham! I am sure we can do that. Its not until June so once it gets closer we will make plans!
