Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Until Nest Anni posted about a new mod, I didn't realize Stef wasn't our mod anymore.

Do you miss the buttons? Did you like being a mod? Would you be upset if someone else got picked to be a mod instead (erm, because I e-mailed...)?

I had noticed you weren't it anymore, Stef. I thought maybe it was b/c you were tired of having to get in the middle of all of our nasty fights. :-P
I thought about e-mailing for like 0.0264 seconds, and then realized that I don't need another excuse to be unproductive at work. Ha ha
Dude, not at all. I mean you get used to it, but it's too busy. And I absolutely wouldn't care if someone took over the role. I don't think it would be fair for me to continue as MOD and I'm sure there's someone who would appreciate the responsibility more than me - I mean, I plan to stick around on TN for a while, but who knows how long. I've already forgotten & left behind TK completely. I personally am only on here during the work week.. super productive of me, I know.

It is a LOT to get used to.
Oh and in case you're wondering where the cake post went on the MD board...I try to delete her post and then realize that my delete button is MIA. So I ban her. Then respond to you and say "thanks Laura, sure you don't wanna be a mod? lol" Then I go back to the main page and POOF! the entire post is gone.
So not like a TK post count is the end of the world or anything, but apologies for knocking you down a post.
