My neck had been bothering me for over two weeks, so I went to get a massage on Thursday evening. I also asked the therapist to work on my forearms, because they get really tight from being on the computer all the time. She was fairly aggressive, but I left feeling good. On Friday, I woke up with three black and blue marks on my forearm (almost like fingerprints), that must have been caused by the massage. I've had massages before, and I've never had injuries from them. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm wondering if it's a fluke or just a bad therapist.

Re: Massage Injury?
My massage therapist is very aggressive and I've had bruises before. Not usually very dark and only on my legs. I'm pretty sore the day after but I need a deep massage due to severe tightness.
