If you have wood bottom couches and hard floors?

What do you do to keep the furniture from sliding around on the hard floors?  We have a small rug in our living room area but not large enough for all the furniture to fit on it?

  • Go to Home Depot or Lowes. They have floor protectors, usually in the hardware department, for just this problem. You will need to know the diameter of the feet on your furniture, as they have different sizes to accomodate different types of feet.

  • Ditto Prulove. Lots of stores sell these, made from various materials. Ours is a large double recliner LazyBoy, super heavy, so it doesn't move easily.
