I have PCOS. I'm on meds, working on changing my diet, and exercising regularly. Hopefully we'll see some changes in 3 months when I go back to see her. I figured this was going to be the diagnosis, so it's good to finally have an answer and something to work on.

Thanks. I'm still looking into diet and such, just trying to keep carbs lower. Thankfully haven't had many s/e with the medicine yet. Snack ideas would be great though. Didn't get much info from my doc other than suggesting a low glycemic diet (she said to watch simple carbs, I suggested low GI), exercise 5 times a week, and the prescription for the Metformin. I have follow up in 3 months.
