I am. We had the furniture delivered today so J, my dad and my uncle and working in the bathroom, kitchen and dinning room so I'm just chillin and nesting.

We dropped of D's car at the service place today to get the brakes done. And then we spent almost all day in the car, peppered with stopping at stores that we needed to go to.
I am going to make a cake tonight, a castle! So I had to get the crap that I needed to make it. When it's done, I will post a pic.
Now I am just sitting on the couch...which is nice after sitting in a car all day.

I'm here. H and I are watching football although we are pretty depressed with how most of the games are going so I will be heading out soon to get caramel apples and candy corn, aka fall comfort food!

just finished dinner. i think we're about to watch pride and prejudice (1995) because i FINALLY read the book (after much prodding from him). i suggested pumpkin cookies, but he doesn't much sound interested in going to the store for cloves eventhough i asked him to do it a week ago hahaha

Mrs. B and Britt: The original recipe was for a birthday cake. But if I change the color of the frosting and candy, I can make it for any holiday. So I am making a Halloween one for this week. We will not have time for me to make it closer to the weekend so now is the time.
The cakes are cooling now and I have the icing ready to go.
