I'm meeting the girl I was involved with in the bumper scrape a few weeks ago and the rental company today after work. When she called them right after it happened they told her she would have to put it on our insurance, but we're hoping after they see how little damage was done we'll be able to work it out without involving the insurance companies. Please pray that they'll let me pay for the damages and be done with it! You all know how soft spoken I am so this is kinda scary for me lol

Don't you have to file a claim with the insurance company within a certain time frame? The last accident Adam and I were in, the other guy might sue our insurance company because he wants a ridiculous amount for damages. He wanted like 5 grand more than what my insurance company offered.

I have no idea. The other girl is in agreement with us on how she would like to take care of it. We'll see what happens!
There wasn't even a police report filed because the damage was so minor.

I have a Honda Fit. The whole rear gate (trunk door) had to be replaced, and the bumper had to be repaired. All of that had to be repainted.
