So I really need a change... My job is less than I expected it to be, and its just over all depressing.. I feel like my boss doesnt take me seriously and I can do SO much more. I have been looking for a new job, well a new career for a while now and havent found anything. Does anyone have any ideas, thoughts or have heard of any companies hiring? I have a bachelors in Business Administration and I'm planning on going back to school to get my masters in international business/marketing.
Thanks for your help!
Having the love of my life by my side makes it all worth it!

I don't mean to sound snarky, but have you thought about whether you can realistically do either of those "dream jobs" in the twin cities area or if you'd have to move?
Your posts today seem to indicate that you're unsatisfied with life in general. Have you considered taking up a new hobby or something before you jump ship and start a whole new career (that you don't actually know whether you'll like or be able to gain employment in)? I used to hate my (old) job with a passion, and I found that when I felt fulfilled in the rest of my life, I could tolerate the 35-40 hrs a week I had to spend at the office much easier.
Can you schedule some informational interviews with companies in the area that fit your interests? International business is a pretty broad term, so I'm not exactly sure what kind of job you want, but informational interviews may help you figure that out. It may or may not lead to a job, but at least you can get some additional on what types of jobs are available and what experiences/education would best qualify you for such positions so you can prepare yourself to get your dream job.

No you misunderstood me. I'm incredibly happy with my life. I am just feeling let down by my current job. I have a great husband gorgeous new house and we have every thing we can ask for, travel etc I have plenty hobbies that keep me very busy and great friends. it just comes down to a job that I feel under-appreciated at and over qualified for.
How long have you been at this job? Is it at a place that has any opportunity for growth? You said it's a small firm - have you talked to your bosses about how you're feeling?
