Food question: ground turkey
What do you cook using ground turkey? I don't usually use it, but I have some. Do you just use it in place of beef, or do you have special recipes that call for ground turkey?
TIA
Re: Food question: ground turkey
I have yet to really cook with it, but I hear it is great in spaghetti, meatloaf, taco soup and of course burgers!
I always substitute it for ground beef. But this recipe is really good. DH loves it.

we use it anywhere you would use ground beef, we do not typically alter the recipe.
We use it in chili, lasagna, meat sauce, turkey burgers, stroganoff, etc.
I'm flattered. Seriously. I just don't really cook with turkey. My turkey experience is limitied to brining and baking whole birds.
What recipes do you want?
