Hi ladies,
Do you know any place that simple legal services are done by paralegals?
My parents had a power of attorney document drafted for them in 2008. It cost $400.00 for two doc! In 2009, the format of the document was changed in NY so the documents became obsolete.
I was told that "NY Statutory Short Form Power of Attorney" would replace the powers of attorney. We rather not pay a lawyer fee to update these docs.
I was wondering if you could recommend a place (preferably in Manhattan or Park Slope) to have these docs updated by paralegals for reasonable price.
