Hey girlies! Thank you all again soo much for the advice! On Friday we told the bank that we were not
closing no matter what until the repairs were done. Their response
today was, "either we close this week or they are going to put the house
back on the market today" so we basically told them to shove it. All we want is to not get screwed on the repairs, we want them done before we close.
Long
story short, after a few hours my agent called back saying that the
bank "changed" their minds even though he was a complete d!ck to her..
they are going to do the repairs are going to extend our closing date to
November 20th. YAAAYY!

awwww... that's great news!! I'm so glad you two stuck to your guns on that. Even though you have to wait a little longer, it's much better than dealing with the repairs after closing.
