Pork Chop Recipe

All this talk of new recipes and what's for dinner is making my mouth water. I thought of a recipe that DH and I tried about 2 weeks ago and just had to share. It is soooo good!!! It didn't seem like it would be with the salsa at first, but it really just gives a kick to the pork chops.

what you need8 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 2 lb.)1 pkt.  SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix1 cup TACO BELL? HOME ORIGINALS? Thick 'N Chunky Salsa1 cup  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheesemake itPREHEAT oven to 425?F. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package. Place chops in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

BAKE 15 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Top chops with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until salsa is heated and cheese is melted. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
