Is there a verdict?
Or you could always just cyberslap me in the face for being so nosy.

Re: Laura
Confession: I keep refreshing the page because I'm very impatiently waiting for an update.
Ditto to the cyberslap though.

The suspense is kiilllling me! Where are you, Laura?!
Stef - I think I'd rather have a 2yo. You know, once they sleep through the night, they're potty trained and they say the funniest things.
And the 5 temper tantrums they throw daily cancel this out for me. I want babies but am waiting because baby-sitting and nieces and nephews are enough BC for me right now but for reals, what's the verdict Laura?!
jfdjflk;dsjfadk;lj LAURA GET YOUR LITTLE FANNY OVER HERE AND UPDATE THE SH*T OUT OF US!!!! we have no lives, we are nosy, and we need to know what is going onnnnnnnnnnnn.
but please don't cyberslap me

I would just like to say, I'm sorry I'm late to the party.
But I'm still waiting for an answer!
You saw my bubble on earlier? That's creepy. Maybe Jeff is stalking me on here...
No, I just got out of bed, I seriously have the flu bad. I didn't go get a stick to pee on last night because Jeff got home super late and I was just so tired. Maybe tonight. Although, now that I have the flu, we are less 'OMG we might be pregnant'. It was unlikely, anyway, and it was all stuff that doesn't mean I AM pregnant, but a lot of random crap was happening - I was getting really sick in the mornings, I had gained some weight (definitely figured that was because I'm a lazy a$$ lately, though), I was super moody like back when I used to get PMS, etc. So I don't know what it's all about, but the Depo is usually pretty fail-safe BC so we figured it probably wasn't a baby. When I started puking yesterday morning, though, Jeff said it was time to POAS.
The thing is, girls, if I turned out to be pregnant my doctor would recommend terminating the pregnancy. He's told me that previously, when we discussed the steps I would need to take if we decided to TTC. It's not a happy thing. I take medicine that causes really severe brain damage in fetuses. So I was really sick thinking about the possibility of having to make that decision, one way or the other. If it weren't for that, Jeff and I would take it as a sign that we need to make it work, even though we don't think it's the right time, and I'm sure somehow it would work out, but the medicine thing really sucks.
Holy *** this post got long and depressing.
I think so too.
There are some months where my bcp symptoms are way worse than normal. Maybe its just that combined with the flu?
Either way, I hope you get better soon and I can completely relate on those stupid TOM migraines.
And if you aren't too sick to laugh, H's name is Tom; TOM = time of the month....I can tell him he's the cause of my migraines.

Haha, every time I type TOM on the boards (I don't say it IRL) I always think of people named Tom. So I would probably bring it up a lot with H if it was his name.
I don't get TOM migraines anymore, it's why I'm on the Depo - everyone is different though, I know for some people Depo (or any BC) makes them worse. I still have other ones, but at least that's gone!

Sorry you're sick, Laura. That stinks. But happy for you that that's all and that you don't have to be faced with a tough decision of what to do. Feel better!
And yeah - I really did see your bubble. But like really early this morning when I first got on. Weird.
crikey...
How did I miss all of this before. I hope everything turns out ok.
You never mentioned this medicine thingie before...nothing too serious I hope.

The medicine I take is no big deal now, Alicia. I started getting migraines when I was little, and they gradually got worse and worse until I was in college and started getting them almost every day. I went through a few different daily preventive meds before finally finding something that works. I would say for about three years it was truly awful, but it's under control now and I get them maybe 2-3 times per month and they're not nearly as bad, and I can manage them with rescue medication.
Unfortunately, I can't get pregnant on it - but it gets out of my system really fast so my doc said that when I want to TTC, I just need to stop taking it and try to get pregnant ASAP. Supposedly, most women with my type of migraines don't have many issues with headaches during pregnancy, and even if I get them there are some things I can still take while pregnant to help with that.
