As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Lucky ducky! I spent ~2.5 hours at the SSA, and I walked in quite literally 3 minutes after they opened. I'm still working on getting my credit cards, car titles, insurance, mortgage, etc. switched over. It seems that everyone has their own rules for what info they need, whether they need originals or copies, whether you can do it by mail or not... What a PITA!
I'm at this awkward phase where I'm not exactly sure what name to go by b/c each place has something on record still.
Yay! I've only made it as far as my license and SS card. I don't even know where to begin with everything else. I guess my bank card/account first and then all of the bills since the bills come from the bank account.

you have no idea how happy I was to see that I'm not the only one that hasn't completed the process yet!! DH is about to kill me.
Great news! Everything else will just sort of flow since you have the SS done.
I just finished up the last of my change yesterday - there's officially no Steffie L. left, even at work (I was hanging on to that). It makes me feel pretty sad, although I am happy to have J's name.
