Doctors and the idiots they hire to work in their offices! When I tell you something is wrong I dont want to speak to the billing department I want a phone call from the docotor or an appt schelude!

THIS. Exactly! I am going Friday and changing banks. I'm sick of that stupid bank.
If I could, I would! I have Upromise linked to paying my student loan accounts, and my Upromise credit card is through BOA. I HAAATTTEEEEE them. Even more than Comcast - and that's a lot.
I sat in BOA yesterday for over an hour trying to get my name changed on my CC. The teller at the window told me I needed to talk to an account rep. I waited for.ev.er for the account rep and then she told me I had to do it over the phone. Well then why the EFF does your website say I have to come into a branch in person?!

I also hate teachers forgetting to send their kids at said time for speech and then being all nice and crap to get them another time later. Ugh. I need to learn to say NO. I cannot see them later. You should've sent them at their time and blah, blah, blah.

I actually like BOA. I've had my checking account with them for 7 years.
I hate AT&T (until yesterday). Our internet at home went down last week. They had to send technicians over on three ocasions to try & fix the problem. Finally our internet is working again!
This was my situation last week. I had an appointment (which I made 3 weeks ago...that's how long the wait list is) and about 2 minutes after I walk in, check-in and sit down, they announce that their system is down state-wide and can not issue driver's licenses or ID cards. I had to reschedule my appointment, which is another 3 weeks. Unfortunately, work is way too busy for me to try to chance it first thing on a weekday morning (M-Th) or in the late afternoon. I'd rather wait a few weeks than half of my day at the stupid DMV.
