AW: We're moving to Colorado!
Holy cow! We're actually doing it! DH got a job and we're moving!
Re: AW: We're moving to Colorado!
Aww good luck! Thats so exciting! We should do a Nestie Fairwell party!
)
I'm trying to talk DH into moving to Colorado. His grandparents live up there.
Thanks everyone! We are super excited, along with being a little terrified. It's something we've wanted to do for a long time and it's just starting to sink in that it's finally happening and we're getting to do it. In the middle of all the excited feelings we kind of have small OH-MY-GOSH-1600-MILES-AWAY moments. Ha!
DH is finishing up with his current company and he'll be moving early next month to start his new job. We have a few loose ends to tie up here, mostly concerning the settlement for my car crash last year, so I'm staying behind to take care of all that. Hopefully I'll follow him by the end of the year.
Summit county. He's working at a shop in the Keystone Resort.
WoW!!!
That sounds so adventurous and brave, you'll love it. I hope all goes well for you guys.
LOL. Certainly. I'll be sure to leave room for you on the moving truck.
WOO HOO!! I flew into Colorado once on my way to California and even though I could only look at the mountains through the glass I thought is was beautiful there. I wish you the best of luck - I am sure your family isnt very happy.....
It is beautiful! We actually planned a move there three years ago and ended up staying here b/c DH got a promotion. But we flew out to look for places to live and I fell in love. I cried when we had to fly back home. Ha!
Both our families are sad, but they're excited for us. My BFF is taking it the hardest & I think when it's said and done I'll have the hardest time saying goodbye to her too.
That would be me. When I moved back here from Raleigh I had the hardest time leaving my Boxer Mommy. Thankfully we are only a couple of hours away. I couldnt imagine STATES away from her.
