    I'm glad I took off more than half of last week while I was sick, and able to recover so I could enjoy my scheduled vacation day yesterday with DH! We had a nice time together while I was off.

    There is so much to be thankful for! But what I'm loving so much right now is this gorgeous fall weather we are having here in Central MD! I'm thankful that after a summer in which I largely had to hide out indoors because of the unrelenting heat, I can now enjoy the great outdoors and fall in all its spendor!

    Fifth Anniversary
    I'm super thankful for my pups.  After what can only be described as a rough, rough day yesterday, it was so nice to come home to their happy, lick-y faces.  As soon as I sat down on the couch, they were both curled up in/around my lap and staring adoringly into my face.  Who couldn't perk up after a greeting like that!

    I think I have to ditto this! Even though Bruce is a total maniac, it's like he knows when I've had a bad day and plops on the couch with his head on my shoulder. Cheers ya right up!

    I'm also thankful for my promotion at work though it's taking away from my nest time right now!

    I am incredibly thankful that I FINALLY have a job! It is hard getting up at 5am but coming home at 10am is great! I still have the the rest of the day to get things done. The pay isn't what I was hoping for, but it sure is better than nothing! Now hopefully I can actually help my husband pay the bills again and I don't have to borrow money from my mom anymore.

    I am thankful for the beautiful weather here in STL.

    I am also thankful that while my mom and my husband have both been sick, I have managed to avoid getting sick. Lysol has become my new best friend!

    I am thankful that my body has been cooperating in morning and night workouts.  I'm determined to lose this weight!

    I am thankful that DH was able to take off Sunday so we could spend some QT!
