I've been on the road every day except for 1 in the past week. I'm exhausted but also way behind.
I can accomplish so much more when working from home than I can while on the road, so today is a mad scramble.
We have to events coming up on Thurs & Friday that will take me out of pocket again for two days. I just don't know where the light is at the end of the tunnel.
Ugh, you must be so tired. Can you catch up next week w/ work? And can you catch up personally this w/e?
I'm off today and tomorrow. I'm trying to cram everything on my to-do list into today, so that I can spend tomorrow doing nothing but maybe bake and watch movies. So far, I've crossed off one thing (clean the bathroom), and when the dryer is done, I can cross off something else. I'm about to leave to do some errands.
I feel like I can conquer the world today!!
Rodgers is trying to take a nap. I'm perusing my voter guide so that I can go do early voting this afternoon.
I scoured the internet for jobs to apply to, but everything in my field within commuting distance, I've already applied to. Now, I'm waiting for a staffing agency to call me back. They helped me get a job before the Army hired me in 2008. Maybe they can help me again.
I've been doing some Christmas shopping, cooked lunch, and am planning to do some more holiday baking this afternoon.
It is disgusting outside- cold, rainy and extremely windy- so Clint got to stay home with us today. He ran his truck up to the dealer this afternoon but shouldn't be gone too long. Got some laundry done this morning and made comfort food for lunch- mushroom minute steak, mashed potatoes and corn..yum!
No plans other than to not go anywhere. I could stand to put some socks on... (big plans, I know!)
I'm wearing socks! You should, too. They are soooooo cozy.
Work's been slow, and I got all caught up...so I'm doing Christmas/JJ birthday shopping. My mom and I decided to get him a work bench and bubble lawn mower, and my mom already started her shopping. I swear, he's going to get all big things this year.
I really need to finish my grocery list...
I'm here doing my 12-5 shift! I do have some stuff to get done, just checking in. I have to admit, I'm kinda liking this. Get to sleep in a little, work out, laundry done, play with the dog a little...then head in to work!
We painted the nursery this weekend, just one more coat on one wall, then I think we're going to do a stripe on 3 of the walls. I can't wait for it to start coming together!
