Ok, you can brag about your cleaning this weekend...

cause I am! I rented a Rug Doctor for the carpets (couch is tomorrow)! I scrubbed the walls where the dogs got their dirt. Looks like a new paint job! I also hung two cinnamon brooms in the house....I love a clean house-I get all fluttery inside, like Monica Gellar.

  • Way to go!  I did nothing this weekend as far as cleaning goes, but I was at work all weekend. :(

  • Very nice!  I spent all day Saturday working around the house and it felt amazing.  I finished cleaning our radiators, cleaned both bathrooms, dust mopped all of the floors, cleaned the kitchen, took winter sweaters out of storage, and put out Halloween decorations.  I need a day like that every week.
  • I emptied out some of our storage and filled up a large bag of stuff to donate, dropped if off at the Salvation Army. Unloaded the dishwasher. Did a load of laundry. Cleaned the dining room and living room table.

  • I need to keep up with the cleaning...I always keep up with dishes, vaccuming.....but the bathrooms/carpets need to done more.

  • I ran some dishes in the dishwasher, did some laundry, and changed the towels in the bathroom.  Woo hoo!
  • Monica Gellar and I are soulmates! :)

Biggest weekend cleaning feat? Hiring a friend to DEEP DEEP CLEAN my master bathroom once a month starting in December, when I will be far too fat/pregnant to do it myself. The chemical smellss already made me sick long before I got pregnant, and the bending and scrubbing is just not going to work that much longer. So she'll super clean once a month and I will do easy upkeep the rest of the time. The shower corners and floorboards are hard for me already.
