I'm going to! I would love to win something from kitchenaid! You have to upload a photo of your dish though. I'm going to make chicken pepper pasta tonight so I think I'll enter that.

And I think I'm going to enter I just haven't decided what to do yet. i thought about doing my Risotto Croquettes but I feel like it's not special enough.
I'm making Shrimp and Grits tonight... maybe I'll enter it. I don't think I saw that as a dish on there.
Still don't know though. I want it to be super special and cool!
That is my most favorite meal of all time. Especially the version at Brennans...yum! I think that's a really good one to enter. I think I am going to enter either the pad thai i'm making tonight or a spicy seafood pasta i'm making on Saturday
