When do you send out your holiday cards? I'm going to try and be good and actually send them out this year!
Re: Holiday Cards
OUr plan is to send them our right after Thanksgiving. That is if we get our act together and get everything in in time. However we are that wacky couple that do funny cards. This year's card is going to be epic. We even have a budget. Lets just say, you girls are def going to be rolling once you see it.
As for my last year's card, we used the pic that was taken at our resort on our wedding trip. It's the one on my siggy.
I want to send ours out like the 2nd week in December... which means I should probably aim to send them out the day after Thanksgiving, so then when I procrastinate I won't feel as bad...
Are we doing a card exchange on here? I'd love to send y'all our cards and get them from all you lovely ladies...
I sent my Halloween cards out last week. I typically send my cards out the week before the holiday. I send cards for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years (sometimes), Valentine's, St. Patrick's, & Easter.
Yes, my friends & family do call me the Crazy Hallmark Lady.
I love this! I love sending/receiving cards for all holidays, I'm just sooo bad about it. I mean, I'll even fill out all the cards, stuff them, address them, and then never send them.
Most of the time I don't get them out because I can't find someone's address and then I'll feel bad if I send my cards in separate batches, and what if someone didn't get a card at the same time and is offended (gasp!)? After collecting addresses for the wedding I'm hoping to not have that problem this year.
I have Thurs-Sun off at Thanksgiving, so I always write them all out then and mail them right after
And I love the idea of a card exchange on here! If no one else already has one started, I'll organize it! Just let me know!
