I know this isn't the first time I've vented about this here, but I really don't understand why they can't just get it right.
It's time again for me to fill my BCP, so I called the mail order pharmacy because my insurance won't cover my BCP at the regular pharmacy. So all goes as planned, at first. I place the order, tell me they will call the doctor, and I request expedited shipping (I waited a bit long to reorder).
This morning, my mom calls me to tell me the mail order pharmacy called her house to say there was a problem with the perscription. This isn't the first time this has happened, but no matter how many times I tell the mail order ppl that I haven't lived there, and please don't call me there, and it's a violation of my privacy...they still call that number. Last refill, they even send the perscription to her house instead of mine.
So I called the mail order pharmacy back, and oh, there's no problem with the perscription, it went out yesterday...via regular mail, and I should have it in 10 to 14 days. Gee thanks mail order pharmacy. Glad you want me to TTC again my will.
Re: I Hate You Mail Order Pharmacy! (long)
That sucks! Can you call them back and yell at a manager or supervisor?

Can your doctor give you one month's worth so you don't get off the cycle?
I hate dealing with the mail order pharmacy. I tried to fill one last week that was renewed in July, and I have the receipt for the first fill in my hand. The stupid website says I can't refill that prescription number because it has never been filled. Um, I'm looking at the receipt from three months ago - how do you think I got the prescription number if not from the original fill?
I wish you lived closer to me and I could give you a pack to get you through! I have Yasmin, Alesse and TriCyclen leftovers from switching so many times.
Maybe call the mail order place and see if they are affiliated with any of the brick and mortar pharmacies where you can get a pack to get you through until you get yours in the mail so you don't go without and get out of whack?
