This blog post sickens me, she tried to make it better with an apology, but I don't think it did any good it just made the whole situation worse. If you read through some of the comments you can tell she really ruffled some feathers.
As for the show, I was actually happy that CBS thought that they could have a show with two overweight actors. I love it, it's actually really funny.

Molly used to be on Gilmore Girls - I adore her, and while I haven't seen the show, I've heard good things about it.
The Marie Claire post was insensitive, ridiculous and discriminatory. I love the response post from the other blogger, but it shouldn't have come to that. Absolutely ridiculous.
I haven't watched Mike and Molly, but it looks funny from the previews.
