This is going to take some getting used to
Being home alone at night, going to bed by myself and when I wake up B is just getting home and going to bed.
Re: This is going to take some getting used to
When I worked nights I always worked out right after work. It helped me get more tired. I wore an eye mask (I don't know how comfortable B would feel wearing one but I really liked it because mine put a light pressure on my eyes).
Sometimes I would take a benydrl (?) too. Most sleep aids have it in them anyways.
I would usually sleep 9:30 -3 or so. I never slept 8 hours when I worked nights. Usually 6.
HTH
That sucks. We're getting geared up for this too. We've both always worked first shift. Now he finally got something PT, but on seconds. And I'm interviewing tomorrow morning for a FT night position.
It's going to take a lot of getting used to!
