Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

help, interview questions
anyone have any good interview questions i can use? i'm on a search committee and we've already done phone interviews with the standard ques (why do you want the job/think you're a good fit, what are your strengths/weaknesses, etc) but we're now doing on campus interviews. i know i want to ask a situational question or two (you're working on xyz, abc happens, how do you handle it) but would like another two or three i could use. just thought i'd check here (i know jen's in hr and many of you have been having interviews lately!) thanks
