Hope none of these are too personal for anyone. Just wondering!
Does your husband think your TK/TN usage is weird? Why or why not?
Are there any relationships in your life that started out on the internet?
Have you ever used an online dating website?
Do you think it's possible to find love online?
Would you ever travel outside of your state to meet a friend you met online? (*Note: this doesn't mean someone you chatted with three times on an I Love Kittens message board. This is someone you're friends with on FB, you've talked on the phone to, emailed with, in essence, gotten to know as best as you can without meeting face to face.)

Yes, I think it works very successfully for some people.
Would you ever travel outside of your state to meet a friend you met online?
Maybe, if I wanted to take a vacation to that area, then I would meet up with that person sometime during the trip, but probably not just to meet that person.
Does your husband think your TK/TN usage is weird? Why or why not? Don't think he cares unless I am ignoring him while on it.
Are there any relationships in your life that started out on the internet? New friendships!
Have you ever used an online dating website? Nope but I've had a lot of friends, family members use them.
Do you think it's possible to find love online? Definitely. Geography separates a lot of people who could be the perfect match. To say there is no one out there in the world who could be right for you but that you just haven't met yet is crazy.
Would you ever travel outside of your state to meet a friend you met online? Obv., it would depend on the situation, but if I really felt I could trust/knew the person, I would go for it. I would always be safe, travel with someone, never put myself in a bad spot, but I think it could be really a really cool experience.Blog
Does your husband think your TK/TN usage is weird? Why or why not? I really on get on here at work and sometimes I reference this site/you ladies and he never says anything.
Are there any relationships in your life that started out on the internet? I did meet a guy and had one date with him and he was from the internet but it was more of my roommate, at the time, doing that. He was definitely not for me and a total mama's boy who later ended up on Dr. Phil for the reason. (Not lying)
Have you ever used an online dating website?
Yep but never got anything out of it. I like dating/meeting guys the old fashioned way and never kept up with it.
Do you think it's possible to find love online?
It works great some people and am glad for them too.
Would you ever travel outside of your state to meet a friend you met online?
Depening on how long we've talked and all, yes. I could probably plan a mini vaca around it too.
Does your husband think your TK/TN usage is weird? Why or why not?
Yes. He thinks "talking to internet people is weird." So I explained that he's talking to "internet people" when he plays WoW. I think he finally got it after that. Are there any relationships in your life that started out on the internet?

Would you ever travel outside of your state to meet a friend you met online?
I doubt it. Unless I had family or something in the area and could make that the main reason for the trip.

Would you ever travel outside of your state to meet a friend you met online?
Yes, but not far out of state unless I was already out of state for some other reason. I am unlikely to actually spend money on a flight and/or hotel room just to meet someone, but I did drive a couple of hours to VA once.

This is someone you're friends with on FB, you've talked on the phone to, emailed with, in essence, gotten to know as best as you can without meeting face to face.) In college, I flew to Seattle to meet a boy I had only talked to online and on the phone. We didn't even know what each other looked like. Looking back, super stupid of me to do so, but I had a blast (and to this day, my mom STILL doesn't know). LD relationship didn't last though
I'd also be up for a Sept Knottie GTG if we ever had one and I could afford it, so yes, I'm ok w/ travelling.
Does your husband think your TK/TN usage is weird? Why or why not? I'm mostly on during the day at work since when I'm at home I don't get on the computer much. He knows about TK/TN and I don't really think he has an opinion either way!
Are there any relationships in your life that started out on the internet? Yes!
Have you ever used an online dating website? Yes! Don and I met 3.5 yrs ago through yahoo. I wasn't paying for the service, but he was. I saw that he'd looked at my profile and I got offended that he didn't try to contact me. So I had to start the communication. We talked on the phone for a few weeks before meeting in person and the rest is history!
Do you think it's possible to find love online? Absolutely, we did! My Mom and her bf met online and so did my cousin and her SO.

If I was already planning on going to that area then sure I'd meet up with them, but due to money I doubt I'd ever pick up and just go.
Does your husband think your TK/TN usage is weird? Why or why not?
I'm not sure. He probably does. I don't do it much at home, just at work, really.

Not for myself. I signed my friend up for one and sent her guys profiles.
Do you think it's possible to find love online?
Yes. I think things like eHarmony and match.com probably work. But only for actually finding the person. For real love, you need to meet IRL and progress from there.

Are there any relationships in your life that started out on the internet? Yes. I have posted on the same women's board online for 10 years it started out as women's topics, growth in business, etc. but just like TN that starts with weddings it gets personal and you hit it off with people. It used to be on a public site and now it's a private forum. Four of the girls have become great friends of ours and were actually at our wedding with their husbands. I've met most of the other women over the years as well if I was travelling to their city for business.
