if you havent tried the curry recipe that lia posted for you all last week, then we are no longer friends. i changed mine up and made it with shrimp rather than chicken and i threw in some cilantro at the end. i ate 4 servings. and licked the bowl. if i didnt love her before, i do now!
i repeat, find that post, copy the recipe, and eat 4 full servings. if not, we are frenemies.
also, i have (for the most part) the recipe memorized in case you are unsuccessful at finding lia's original post.

Curry is a pretty traditional dish of where I'm from. Coconut milk is our secret ingredient.
