Shauni, will you please send me your housewife skills/genes. I appear to have none. I did print a recipe from PW and Lia's curry, but have no plans to make either. Definitely missed out on those skillz.
just follow the recipes and remember that it WILL taste good, it is pretty hard to mess it up! even if it doesnt LOOK as good (sh*t, mine never looks good) it ALWAYS tastes good!

this is me. bowing down to that woman.
no lie. she gave me the cooking bug. 14 days, still going strong baybeh.
misty, i didn't think i had it in me either.
PS: re: the polenta. GET A BUDDY WHEN ITS TIME TO POUR IN THE CORN STARCH. ONE OF YOU STIR, ONE OF YOU POUR. SLOWLY AS FRUCK. Otherwise it will end up horrible like my first try. Slow and steady wins the goat cheese polenta race. (She tells you to go slow but my body doesn't go as slow as she wanted SLOW to be. So next time, an assistant will be had.)
I will come over!
I love my puppy ... and my husband, I swear!
haha, I haven't made the tres leche cake because I don't have anyone to invite over either and I'd totally eat the whole thing.
