Yes, Kiku is a Bichon Frise, and is just over 2 years old now. He is the best dog I have ever had! I considered a havanese before I decided on getting a Bichon, they are super cute too!!
Our next dog will either be a havanese or a cotton de tullea (sp?). Since it will be a while before we can get Kiku a little sister, I would really like to find him a playmate that is about his size. He has SO much energy, and loves playing with my brother's mini dachshund, but he lives in SC
LOL Kiku does this too! He runs circles outside, inside. anywhere
When we are at my parents, he does a lap through the hallway and around the fireplace in the livingrooom... I call it the puppy 500 
The only time he runs a straight line is when we are playing fetch!
