Here's a great healthy snack recipe to help you! Under 100 Calorie Chili Con Queso Dip I really like the idea of a yummy cheese dip that has under 100 calories per serving (1/4 C = 84 calories!) Dip in some homemade pita chips!
Re: Weekly Work Out Check In
Short term goal - Start doing yoga regularly, starting tonight (it is not techically working out but it is something at least!)
Long term goal - Do cardio 3-5 times a week. My new job has a gym on site so that will make it a lot easier.
Short term goal: work out at least 4 days a week, start doing weight training
Long term goal: reach my goal weight by January
It probably doesn't help that I have been baking cookies like crazy recently.
Short term goal: crossfit at least 3x per week. Today started day 1!
Long term goal: transition to a cleaner way of eating. Crossfit endorses the Paleo diet and Zone but both are a bit too restrictive for me and H so I just want to start eating more whole unprocessed foods.
