As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ugh, that annoys the poop out of me!
Another pet peeve - people who chew their finger nails and toss the nails on the floor or wherever. My boss does this all the time when we meet and it completely grosses me out.
My assistant used to work for a rental car company. She told me that TONS of people bite their nails while driving and spit the pieces all over the cars. They have to vacumn so many vehicles for this, it's insanely gross. She said their personal cars must have had an inch of nail bits all over the carpets.
Oh barf!
