Holy cow...I mean Holy Mouse!

A freakin mouse just ran right by my desk at work.  I'm not usually afraid of mice but It scared the crap out of me!

If I tell my boss he'll want to set up a trap to catch it and I don't want to hurt the mouse.  Plus, he'll probably ban us from eating at our desks.  I'll have to clean the food crumbs under my desk.

  • It would freak me out, more the surprise of it than being scared of mice.  You could put out a humane trap and release it later, without hurting it.

  • Yes, twas the surprise that scared me.  I'll have to stop by Lowe's for a humane trap.

  • We got one that was like a plastic box, they go in and the door only goes one way so they can't get out.  You just have to be sure to check it regularly so they don't starve to death (or die from dehydration) in there.

  • hahaha we had this at my work a few years ago.  it was a mole though.  he became the office pet.  and then at christmas time when we were sent lots of sweets which all went into my desk drawer...he fell in love and ate everything.  which was annoying and a big mess, but he was so cute.

  • You may want to clean up the crumbs at your desk anyway because that's probably why mr. mouse likes hanging out there.
