DH got his job back!
After 7 weeks of being unemployed, his former employer called him back and they want him to start work tomorrow! I feel this huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Now we don't have to stress about money.
Now he owes me a fancy dinner! He said that once he started working he would take me somewhere fancy, where he has to wear a suit!

don lost his job a year ago and was out of work for 7-8 months and it was rough...so i know the feeling of relief when they get a job again!!!
is he happy to be going back to that job?
Yes, he's so excited to go back. He went out for drinks with the guys last Friday. One guy told him that he would see him soon. So we knew it was a good sign.
He used to visit me for lunch every day and I'm going to miss my lunch buddy but I am so happy for him and glad he'll be working again.
